an effective alternative, small group personal training. Get the results of working with a personal trainer, while sharing the
 cost of the session with up to 2 more people. This is not a downsized generic group class; it's personal training. Everyone in the group is performing an custom program designed for them. This allows people of different fitness levels to workout at the same time.
