Spicy Salmon Pepper Stir Fry
  • 1 Habanero Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 oz of Salmon, strips without skin
  • Garlic ?????
  • Black Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tamari Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
  1. Dice habanero pepper and set aside. Dice other peppers and onion. Heat olive oil in pan. Put about ¾ of the peppers and onions in the pan and sear until onions and peppers are soften a bit. Sprinkle black pepper over onions and peppers. As they are cooking move peppers and onions to the perimeter of the pan leaving empty space in the middle. Place salmon in in center of the pan. As it begins to turn light pink turn and begin to sear the other side. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper. Add habanero pepper. Gently mix.
