Traditional personal training was always one client – one trainer. That’s not true anymore. At Positive Vibes Fitness we present 
an effective alternative, small group personal training. Get the results of working with a personal trainer, while sharing the
 cost of the session with up to 2 more people.

This is not a downsized generic group class; it’s personal training. Everyone in the group is performing an custom program designed for them. This allows people of different fitness levels to workout at the same time.

This training model is great for busy people that need a little flexibility in their schedules: with both 30 & 60 minute options.
