  • 1lb Kale
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Black Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  1. Heat olive on in sauce pan on medium heat. Dice onion and slice tomato (medium-thin thickness). Heat garlic and onion in pan. As onions start to soften and begin to brown add tomato slices. Add kale and cook until it wilts and becomes dark green.
